MP: CM Mohan Yadav Honors Fallen Hero: Visits Family of Pahalgam Attack Victim Sushil Nathaniel in Indore

On Wednesday, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav paid tribute to Sushil Nathaniel, a local from the state who lost his life in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

The BJP president, VD Sharma, went to comfort the bereaved family at Nathanie’s place. Chief Minister Yadav was observed offering solace to Nathaniel’s relatives and conveying his profound grief regarding their loss.

Sushil Nathaniel served as a branch manager at LIC. Accompanied by his spouse, Jenifer, their daughter Akanksha (approximately 30 years old), and son Austin (about 22 years old), he traveled to Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, April 19. During this incident, his daughter was unfortunately hit by bullets.

Earlier in the day, CM Yadav denounced the terrorist attack on tourists and stated that it was a despicable act carried out by Pakistan. He emphasized that the whole country stands unified to respond to this incident.

A resident passed away tragically during the terrorist attack. I seek blessings from Baba Mahakal for eternal peace to their soul. This despicable act was perpetrated by Pakistan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and the entire nation stand unified to respond to this heinous action by Pakistan and its supporters. Our administration is advancing with commendable strategy. In this time of sorrow, we extend our support to the grieving family of the departed and express concern over an injured daughter involved in the event,” stated the Chief Minister.

Speaker of the Assembly Narendra Singh Tomar likewise denounced the terrorist attack and stated that the whole government was troubled by the event, adding that stringent measures would be implemented.

The Pahalgam incident is deeply sorrowful and regrettable. It represents a despicable act carried out by terrorists, which I strongly denounce. The Prime Minister expressed concern over this issue and canceled her planned two-day trip to Saudi Arabia to address it personally. The entire administration shares these concerns, and we will take stringent measures against those responsible for this terrorist attack,” stated Tomar. (ANI)
