The Criminal Division of the Appeal Court in Tangier recently decided to uphold the initial judgment but decreased each juvenile’s term from three years to two years behind bars. Furthermore, according to Al3omk, referencing a document of the court decision, the legal representatives of these minors were declared jointly responsible and mandated to cover the stipulated minimal compensation.
