– The actor who portrayed John Constantine in the 2005 original recently revealed that the sequel has finally reached the stage of having a prepared script. He mentioned, “For more than ten years, we’ve been attempting to bring this movie into existence, and we’ve only recently developed a storyline which we presented to DC Studios. They responded with an approval, so now our next step will be writing the script.”

Taylor was born in 1944 in Hampshire, England. Reeves mentioned before how his mother instilled proper English etiquette in him. He said, “These values have become such an integral part of me that they come naturally now.”

He shared on the Conversations with Charlie podcast, “He was part of our lives for some time before we kept in touch. He played a role in getting me started in show business. When I was about 15, I worked as a production assistant on one of his made-for-TV movies.”

Initially, Taylor was a showgirl in Paris according to People magazine, before she transitioned into becoming a fashion designer known for crafting stage outfits for many renowned musicians.

It’s evident that Taylor has a strong bond with her son, having attended various high-profile events alongside him multiple times throughout the years. These include appearances such as the 2020 Oscars and the 2006 premiere for Warner Bros. Pictures’ film.

The last time Reeves reportedly spoke to his father was when he was 13. When asked by The Guardian in 2019 if it was difficult growing up without a father, the actor replied: “I think it’s definitely traumatising. But it’s hard to know how [it affected me] because I don’t know what the other life would have been, you know what I mean?”
