“Pakistani citizens will not be allowed to travel to India under the SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme. All previous SPES visas granted to Pakistanis are considered nullified. Individuals holding such visas must depart from India within 48 hours if they are currently in the country. Additionally, the Defense, Military, Naval, and Air Advisers at the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi have been labeled as personae non gratae and must leave India within one week,” he stated.
